Every transcript is stored securely in your Content Area inside a dedicated Meetings folder, ready for later reference and analysis whenever you need it.
When your recording finishes, two things happen without you lifting a finger:
Meeting transcript file – A searchable text version of your recording saved as a markdown file. It includes metadata like date and duration, and can be downloaded, shared, or referenced by AI agents.
AI agent summary – Within seconds of transcription completing, an AI agent analyzes your transcript and posts a summary including key points discussed, action items identified, and any important decisions reached.
You can then continue working with the content. Ask the AI agent questions about the meeting, request clarification on specific topics, extract information, or create summaries in different formats.
All your recordings are organized in the Meetings Hub, accessible from the header navigation. Browse by scrolling through meetings grouped by date, or use the calendar filter to jump to a specific day. Click any meeting to view the full conversation, transcript, AI summary, and continue chatting about the content.
