What's New This Week: 16 to 23 October 2026

Your agents have another way to work this week: Browser Use is now available as a skill for Auto and every other agent on Autohive. Alongside that, agent integrations have a new switch to require approval for all actions. If you’d like to review what an agent does, you can now make that approval a requirement across its integration actions.

The mobile releases, 1.9.0 and 1.10.0, focus on how you get into a chat and pick it up again. You can choose a startup screen that opens straight into Auto or an agent chat, and your drafts stay put until you send them. If you’re recording a meeting on iOS, there’s now Live Activities support too.

Everything We Shipped This Week

🚀 New Features

  • Browser Use for Auto and agents: Auto and every other agent on the platform can now use Browser Use as a skill.
  • Mobile app 1.9.0 and 1.10.0: Two mobile releases landed, covering a configurable startup screen that opens straight into Auto or an agent chat, chat drafts that are kept until you send them, Live Activities for meeting recordings on iOS, and plenty of navigation and interface improvements.
  • Require approval for all actions: Agent integrations now have a switch to require approval for all actions, giving you more control over what your agents do.
  • JobAdder integration update: The JobAdder integration has a new round of updates that adds several new actions.
  • OpenRouteService GeoJSON files: The OpenRouteService integration can now hand back GeoJSON as files that agents can use in their workflows.
  • Starter jobs on marketplace listings: Agent listings on the marketplace now include four starter jobs, so you can begin a first chat on a concrete problem the agent can help with.

✨ Improvements

  • On the agent conversation screen, the “New chat” and agent settings buttons can now be opened in a new tab using middle click or Ctrl+click.
  • Web scraping now copes with very large pages by focusing on the readable content, including text, links, media, code and tables.
  • Folders with the same name are now merged automatically, bringing their files together so your workspace stays tidy.
  • The in-chat viewer can now display charts inside PowerPoint files, including column, bar, line, area, scatter, pie and doughnut charts, as well as stacked, 100% stacked and combination charts.
  • The listing preview in the creator wizard now matches exactly what appears on the published listing page.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • The agent creator now only highlights the system prompt box once you have edited it.
  • When an agent uses several tools from the same integration at once, you now see a single connection prompt instead of repeated ones.
  • Pressing Ctrl+A on a script file in the skills creator now selects just that file’s content instead of the whole page.
  • On the desktop app, files you attach stay in view when you send a message from the dashboard composer.
  • Expanding the in-chat viewer to the full width of your screen now keeps the viewer controls fully visible.

That’s the roundup for 16 to 23 October. Try the updates in your next chat, or start with one of the four starter jobs on a marketplace agent listing.
