Autohive’s file workflow got a serious upgrade this week. Every plan now includes the Virtual File System and Present tool, so agents can work with conversation files, workspace content, and generated outputs, then clearly show the files they want you to review. Paired with fixes that make presented files show correctly across shared conversations and external channels, this makes file-heavy work easier to follow from start to finish.
We also broadened where Autohive can meet you. Microsoft Teams support brings agents into another daily work hub, with a guided welcome flow to help teams get set up. Notion and Netlify integrations add more places to connect your work, while Autohive Mobile 1.4.0 brings meeting recording, interactive maps, and file previews to the mobile app.
Everything We Shipped This Week
🚀 New Features
- Virtual File System & Present Tool: Every Autohive plan now includes the Virtual File System and Present tool, so agents can work directly with your conversation files, workspace content, and generated outputs, and clearly show you the exact files they want you to see.
- DeepSeek V4 Pro: Added support for the new DeepSeek V4 Pro model, giving you another high-performing option to choose from.
- Notion Integration: You can now connect Autohive to Notion through our new integration.
- Netlify Integration: Added a new Netlify integration, making it easy to connect your Netlify account to Autohive.
- Microsoft Teams Integration: Autohive now integrates with Microsoft Teams. Connect your account, verify your setup, and follow a simple welcome flow to start chatting with your agents directly in Teams, just like we already support for Slack and Discord.
- Mobile App 1.4.0: Autohive Mobile 1.4.0 is here. Record meetings from the mobile app, view interactive maps in conversations, and preview presented files on the go.
✨ Improvements
- Faster File Cleanup: Agents can now delete workspace files without needing extra approval each time, making bulk file cleanups faster. Every deleted file is safely recoverable if needed.
- Lower AI Costs: GPT-5.6 Sol got a price cut, so it’s now more affordable to use.
- Clearer Agent Visualiser: The Agent Visualiser now clearly highlights declined integration or sub-agent steps in amber, with updated documentation to match.
- Smarter Agent Creator: Agent Creator got smarter this week. It now picks better AI models automatically, and you can ask it to manage an agent’s integrations directly, like removing one, toggling specific actions, or adjusting approval settings.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was causing some GitHub-related actions to fail intermittently. These now run reliably.
- Fixed issues with the Present tool so it’s now available to all agents that need it, and presented files now show up correctly everywhere, including shared conversations and external chat channels.
That’s a wrap for this week. We’re already working on what’s next, and we’ll share more soon.
