What's New This Week: Global Search, CRM Integrations, and Faster Action Approval

Finding what you need in Autohive should feel quick, wherever you are in the app. This week, Global Search arrives with a simple Command+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, so you can search across your entire workspace from anywhere. It’s a practical shortcut for cutting down clicks and getting back to the thing you came to do.

We also added more ways to connect sales data and workflows to your agents. Salesforce and FreshSales CRM are now live in the Autohive Marketplace, agents can save chat content directly into the Content area, and bulk approval makes it possible to clear pending actions in one go with filters for specific agents or workspaces.

  • Cleaner Markdown Tables: Tables rendered in agent responses now look sharper and match the app’s colour scheme more closely.
  • Agent Creator and Marketplace Polish: A range of UX improvements have landed in the Agent Creator and Marketplace, including clearer form highlights when editing agent settings, improved wording on agent settings pages, and the ability to publish or edit a marketplace listing directly from the chat header or agent settings without being redirected elsewhere. Several small visual gaps and edge cases have also been tidied up.
  • Desktop App: Scrolling in the Marketplace and widget preview is now smooth and reliable, and the widget preview has been refreshed with a cleaner look and a more focused layout.
  • Skills Area Links: The Learn More buttons inside the Skills area now point to the correct destinations, making it easier to explore and learn about available skills.

  • Scheduled Workflow Jobs: Editing a scheduled workflow job’s input is now handled correctly. The Scheduled Jobs page guides you directly to the workflow editor where changes should be made, keeping everything working as expected.
